 Xuzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone, China, covering about 300,000 square meters 

including facility area of 200,000 square meters.

SMF is specialized in manufacturing steel fabrication parts. With stateoftheart equipment in cutting, forming,

 welding, machining, painting, inspection and assembly, it is capable of providing complex steel fabrication

 parts with plate thicknesses of 1mm to 150mm for construction (excavators, loaders, aerial work platforms etc.), 

mining, forestry, agricultural and earth moving machineries. SMF has production bases in Xuzhou and Huaibei 

of China, and Victoria of the United States, with a total area of over 400,000 square meters. After years’ development,

 SMF commits to becoming a global leading company in steel structural fabrication.

As the first Caterpillar supplier in China to achieve Supplier Quality System Certification (MQ1005) in 

January 2000, SMF successively won Supplier Quality Certification System (SQEP) bronze medal, 

silver medal and gold medal between 2009 and 2017 , and was honored the highest “Excellent Level”

 of Supplier Excellence Recognition (SER) by Caterpillar consecutively in 2022, 2023,2024 and 2025.  

Upholding innovationdriven strategies, SMF is certified by IS09001:2015 Quality Management System,

 ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and 

Safety Management System. It established its postdoctoral research center in March 2017.
